I have weak wrists. I quit doing push-ups after I ended up hurting them and having to wear a cast. Is it wise to train to do hand-stands (and begin push-ups again) if I do lots of wrist warm-ups?

just to ask a Favour, could you change the icon for this video? I find that the beach background you have in the video itself is more appealing than the purple squarish icon used at the moment. ‘Cos I put this video in my WatchLater list and to see that purple icon reminds me of those mundane exercise instructionals.
Just saying that a Frame from the video itself may look more encouraging.. Of course it’s all your say and I respect it. Thanks Arash

@AerialBestProuctions. There is no proof that warm up prevents injuries? I am assuming that you don’t have a long history of physical activity. Since when has there been certifications for teaching handstands? Is there a handstand god that demands us to handstand a certain way? My qualification is that I can do a handstand lol

1. rolling your wrists = tendonitis
2. warming up isn’t critical. Between warm ups and the actual activity there is no difference and no proof it prevents injuries. Save your energy
3. That was an incline pushup

Excellent video. just started doing handstands but still need to build that strong core you’re talking about. I’m currently doing 2 sets of 25 pushups and 60 Hammer Curls with two 4kg weight plates (8.8lbs each). In summer i was able to do a set of 120 hammer curls with two 4kg weight plates with no pause..Hope I’ll get back my strength
